GoodToReach is run by AddonNordic ApS, Solvangen 15, 9210 Aalborg SØ, Denmark (company registration CVR 46495985). You reach us at contact@addonnordic.dk, and we answer on weekdays.
What GoodToReach does
GoodToReach tells you whether you can send a first email to a company in another European country, and names the way in that is allowed when you can’t. The check on the front page is free and needs no account.
The same engine also sends approved emails from your own mailbox and stops when someone replies. That part is in early access. Write to us if you want to try it.
Where the answers come from
Each answer has two parts: the country’s rule for a first email, and what the official register says about the company.
The registers
- United Kingdom: Companies House.
- Ireland: Companies Registration Office (CRO).
- France: the Sirene register, published by INSEE.
- Sweden: Bolagsverket.
- Finland: the Finnish Trade Register (PRH).
- Norway: the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
We look the company up at the moment you ask. If the company cannot be found, is no longer active, or is not a limited company, the answer says so.
The rules, by country
- United Kingdom: Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, regulation 22.

What GoodToReach is not
GoodToReach gives information about the rules. It is not legal advice, and it does not decide for you. For a contract or a dispute, ask a lawyer in the country concerned.
