These terms apply when you create an account on platform.goodtoreach.com and use GoodToReach to send email. GoodToReach is run by AddonNordic ApS, Solvangen 15, 9210 Aalborg SØ, Denmark (CVR 46495985). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of the company you work for. Questions: contact@addonnordic.dk.
What GoodToReach does
GoodToReach checks the recipients you import against the official company register of their country, tells you whether a first business email is allowed under that country’s rules, lets you approve each batch, sends the approved emails from your own mailbox, adds the legal footer and unsubscribe link, reads replies and opt-outs, and keeps the proof. It is a tool for business-to-business email between companies.
What you may use it for
You may only send email to companies, about your own products or services, and only where GoodToReach says the recipient is allowed. You may not import consumers, private email addresses or lists you are not entitled to use, and you may not send content that is unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to the recipient’s business. You are the sender of every email: you write it, you approve it, and you are responsible for it. GoodToReach gives information about the rules, not legal advice.
Your mailbox
Emails are sent through a mailbox you connect. You must have the right to use it. We store its password encrypted and use it only to send approved emails and to read replies. You can disconnect it at any time under Settings, and we then delete the stored password.
Opt-outs
When a recipient replies “no” or uses the unsubscribe link, that address is put on a list that applies to every sender using GoodToReach. You agree not to contact such an address through GoodToReach or by other means on the basis of the list you imported.
Plans and payment
The free plan includes 25 approved recipients a month. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, in euro, excluding VAT, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. A recipient counts when you approve the batch they are in. You can change or cancel your plan at any time under Plan; the change takes effect at the end of the current month, and there is no refund for the remaining part of a month. If a payment fails, the workspace goes back to the free plan until it is paid.
Fair use and suspension
We may suspend sending from a workspace if it causes bounces, complaints or blocks that put other users at risk, or if it is used in a way these terms do not allow. We tell you why, and you can answer before the account is closed.
Availability and liability
We keep the service running on working days and fix faults as fast as we can, but we do not promise that it is available at all times, and the rules we report can change before we update them. AddonNordic ApS is not liable for lost sales, lost data or other indirect loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Data
The data you import belongs to you. We process it on your instructions as described in the data processing agreement, which is part of these terms, and in the privacy page. We never sell your lists and never use them to contact your recipients ourselves.
Changes and ending the agreement
We can change these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect. You can delete your account by writing to us; we then delete your workspace data within 30 days, except the opt-out list and the sending proof, which we keep so opt-outs stay respected and you can document what was sent.
Law and venue
Danish law applies. Disputes are settled by the courts of Denmark, with the court of Aalborg as the first instance.
