What to write about
- A list you want to check. Tell us which countries you sell into, and we will look at the list with you. You can also run the free check yourself, one company at a time.
- Your account or plan. Questions about the plans, invoices or cancelling. Include the email address you signed in with.
- An email you received through GoodToReach. Reply “no” to that email, or use the link at the bottom of it, and you will not be written to again by anyone using GoodToReach. If you want to know what is stored about you, or have it deleted, write to us. The privacy page explains what we keep.
- Data processing. Questions about how we process your recipients’ data, or about our sub-processors. The terms are on the data processing agreement page.
