This page explains what GoodToReach does with data. GoodToReach is run by AddonNordic ApS, Solvangen 15, 9210 Aalborg SØ, Denmark (CVR 46495985). Write to contact@addonnordic.dk with any question about your data.
When you use the free check
The company name, country and registration number you type are sent to our server and on to the official company register, so the company can be looked up. We do not save what you type, and we do not ask who you are.
To stop misuse, our server counts how many checks come from the same internet address within an hour. The count is kept in memory only and disappears by itself.
When you visit this website
This website sets no cookies for advertising or tracking.
When you write to us
If you email us, we keep your email for as long as it takes to answer you and handle your request, and at most 12 months after the case is closed.
If you received an email sent through GoodToReach
Companies use GoodToReach to send business emails to other companies. If you received one, your company’s name, country, registration number and the email address used were stored so the email could be sent and so that a reply or a “no” from you is respected.
Reply “no” or use the link at the bottom of the email, and your address is put on a list of addresses that are never written to again. That list applies to every sender using GoodToReach. You can also ask us what is stored about you, or have it deleted, by writing to contact@addonnordic.dk.
